Richard is a member of the mergers and acquisitions team in the firm's corporate group. He focuses on M&A transactions, re-organisations, joint ventures and shareholder arrangements - regularly advising on innovative deal structures.
Recent deals that Richard has played a pivotal role include a variety of UK acquisitions for international corporates, MBOs, share and business acquisitions and disposals largely for OMBs, as well as advising universities on their commercialisation activities and structures.
Richard is a regular speaker at seminars on corporate law and current trends/activities in the M&A market.
