David is a partner in the firm's dispute resolution group and has wide experience of commercial dispute resolution, especially cases arising out of company share and asset transactions and professional negligence.
David is secretary and accounting officer of the British Hallmarking Council, a non departmental public body supervised by the Department of Trade and Industry.
In addition, David is also Consul for Sweden in Birmingham and a Council member of the Swedish Chamber of Commerce.
