Ben is a member of the firm's employment group, where his key areas of work include large scale redundancies and restructurings, handling terminations at the most senior level, dealing with trade union disputes and collective consultation issues, complex discrimination and multi-claim disputes, as well as day-to-day handling of staff issues.
