Adam is a member of the firm's mergers and acquisitions team in our corporate group. He acts for entrepreneurs, companies and financial institutions on corporate deals, specialising in mergers and acquisitions and private equity transactions.
Adam's recent transactions include acting for the sellers of Accura Holdings for £37 million, acting for management and Newco on the £18 million MBO of Hydrobolt Group Limited, and acting for Freshwater UK PLC on its admission to AiM. Adam also led the team advising on a series of acquisitions for Freshwater UK PLC, as well as acting for the equity provider on the £19 million MBO of Designdock, acting for management and Newco on the £12 million acquisition of Accura Holdings, and acting for the equity funders on the £10 MBO of Covion.
Corporate disposals have included the sale of MHL Support PLC to Bibby Line Group, the sale of 3Way Communications to NASDAQ listed Airvana Inc and the sale of mobiles.co.uk to Carphone Warehouse.
