Amanda's recent work has included: £90m mixed use development in Stafford; acquisition of private commercial railway; acquisition of new head office for major building society; acting for a number of major property investment companies in connection with the acquisition of various investment properties in the West Midlands; acting for major residential care home operation in connection with its £70m development finance.
