She specialises in dispute resolution for university and college clients and has acted in many complex, high value, and sensitive cases for both higher and further education clients.
These have included corporate manslaughter investigations following fatal accidents, judicial reviews against the decisions of regulators, large commercial disputes between educational establishments and their suppliers and franchisees, race, sex and disability discrimination claims by students and other users of educational facilities and claims for educational negligence.
