Simon is a partner in our property group, providing property
support to our banking, corporate and education department. He
has also headed legal teams in taking security for our lender
clients in multi-million pound transactions. Simon has also experience
in realisation of security on property assets for major clearing
banks and major lending institutions. Among completed transactions where a major role has been played
by Simon are : the acquisition for £20m of administrative
headquarters in the education sector; multi-million security
over a portfolio of industrial properties; security for a major
clearing bank on a substantial lending for its customer to finance
the construction of a new shopping centre. |
