James is a partner in our commercial property group undertaking a broad range of real estate property work including property development, property investment, landlord and tenant work, property management and sales and purchases.
James has played a lead role in the site assembly for a local authority of a proposed road project, the acquisition of a large development site for a residential development the multi-million pound disposal of a property portfolio for a Dutch client, dealing with the property aspects of an urban regeneration CPO project, providing title certification in connection with the share sale in an energy company, site acquisition and development of new police premises, property due diligence in connection with a proposed power station acquisition, letting of flagship premises in Covent Garden and taking a lease of head office premises in Regent Street.
