Bhavesh is a partner in our Commercial Property Group dealing with a broad range of property work. He advises on investment and portfolio acquisition and disposal, landlord and tenant work, property development, property management and sales and purchases. Bhavesh also works closely with the firm's Corporate Department in providing property advice and carries out due dilligence in connection with corporate mergers, takeovers and disposals. He also provides property support to the Education Department.
Recent cases Bhavesh has acted on include the sale of a multi-million pound property portfolio of retail outlets for a major institutional client. He also led the transaction for a University on the sale of part of their campus for £14 million. Bhavesh has also led the transaction for a national housebuilder in the site acquisition, set up and subsequent sale for a residential scheme.
