Andrew is head of the commercial
disputes management group
and also of the corporate
and recovery services team. Among the major cases that Andrew has handled are a £2.3m
claim for a plc client seeking damages and rescission of a corporate
asset sale and purchase agreement, in which the claim was settled
in a comprehensively successful settlement; he also handled a
claim against a company director, the subject of a £2m
claim by a plc company of which he was formerly Chief Executive
and Chairman.
