The property team at Birmingham-based law firm, Martineau Johnson, has successfully completed the £13m sale of the former Lansdowne Road Campus in Bedford to Storey Property Developments Ltd. The Martineau Johnson team continues to strengthen its position as a leading national choice for education property law expertise, with this latest deal coming hot on the heels of a number of other high profile transactions, including the successful exchange of contracts between Bournville College and St Modwen Developments to acquire part of the former Roverworks, Longbridge site in Birmingham.
