Maintaining good employment relationships
We assist clients in all staffing issues from recruitment to dealing with problems when things do not go to plan. We have considerable experience in:
- drafting or reviewing contracts of employment to ensure that they are clear and effective;
- advising on employment contracts, particularly the use of restrictive covenants and confidentiality clauses, directors' remuneration packages, bonus arrangements and share option schemes;
- reviewing and updating your current employment policies and procedures, such as redundancy, disciplinary and grievance procedures together with equal opportunities and harassment policies. We can advise you on how to achieve effective implementation of these policies and provide training to managers where necessary.
- providing practical advice on dealing with problem employees, such as employees with performance issues or who are on long term sick leave.
