At Martineau we take training and career development very seriously. We offer structured training for our lawyers, and provide a transparent career progression programme from NQ right through to partner level. We have clear goals for promotion and an open and supportive approach to career development.
We have recently championed an initiative with the College of Law in providing a structured legal training programme for our lawyers during the first three years of their post qualification experience. The Real Estate programme is well underway and will be followed shortly by Corporate, Private Client, Commercial, Litigation and Banking.
We also actively support our secretarial and support staff with training and development, and support studies such as ILEX, CIPD, CIM and other relevant qualifications.
