Prosecution - we advise and assist utility sector clients on development and implementation of strategies to use their statutory powers to bring prosecutions under environmental legislation.
Environmental - we deal with all aspects of environmental work, both contentious and non contententious, under environmental and health and safety legislation, and have particular expertise in dealing with issues arising out of landfill sites.
