• advising an electricity generating company on revised terms for its NFFO contract
• advising on the impact of the renewables obligation on electricity suppliers
• advising power companies and renewable energy generators on market opportunities arising from EU and UK climate change initiatives, including the renewables obligation, the climate change levy, and domestic and international greenhouse gas emissions trading
